How it was born
Dantroide was born from the idea of celebrati the Great poet, on the occasione of the 700th anniversary of hit death, in a contemporary key and by combining, in a trasversal manner, the departments of our institute.
WHAT it is?
Dantroide is an Android with Dantesque features that simulates human movements and recites and interprets selected triplets from the Divine Comedy. This is a way to implement an educational strategy functional to our institute: to create interdisciplinary knowledge and enhance excellence, allowing the most motivated pupils to best express their creativity and their knowledge in a project that stands out for its peculiarity both in the linguistic-literary as well as electronics and computer fields.
GOALS
The main goals of Dantroide are: to know, disclose, interpret and actualize the most significant themes of the Divine Comedy. By realizing a live android, students will be able as well to learn transversal skills which will be useful for an appropriate insertion into the world of work.
